As the name suggests, the unisex resonator can be used universally. As one of the few resonance systems on the market, it fits all smallframe models without frame modifications.
The focus of the Unisex was clearly on torque and this is demonstrated by the maximum power, which is already available at 7000 rpm on the Egig170/180/187, and around 500 rpm later on smaller displacements.
On top of that, it trumps with a constant torque, even at the lowest engine speeds. This makes the carburetor easy to tune and relatively insensitive to weather conditions and altitude.
