The Deluxe Kit – The Complete Package for Professionals

This kit is the ultimate solution for converting an original engine to the 180cc or 187cc class. It includes all the fundamentally important components required for this transformation. The only parts to be selected separately are the exhaust, ignition, carburetor, and clutch cover.

- Performance Gain: Compared to the Egig170, this setup offers a noticeable performance increase of approximately 1–2 HP and 1–2 Nm of torque. This translates into even stronger acceleration and more power reserves at high speeds.

Important Technical Note on Engine Casings

To create the necessary clearance for the high-performance crankshaft, the crankcase must be bored (machined).

⚠️ Pro Recommendation: When boring original Piaggio engine cases, there is a high risk of breaking through the casing walls because the material is often too thin. I strongly switching to SIP EVO engine cases. These provide sufficient wall thickness for machining and the necessary stability to handle this level of power safely.
