Delivery policy
The only difference between the One finger Clutch Pro and the normal version is the pads. Due to the cork/carbon mixture, the clutch lasts even longer and requires less release travel. In addition, the contact pressure is 10% higher, which means that the clutch can handle more power with the same springs. Furthermore, the contact surface of the tabs in the release basket is wider and more precise, as can be seen in the second picture. (Basket is not included)
- 5 cork/carbon washers
- 4 steel spacers
- Bearing-mounted pressure plate
- also fits in an original primary without repkit
- only for repkits bolted from the rear (with repkits bolted from the outside, the bolt heads may protrude from the inner basket)
- 500ml SAE 30
- No spacers necessary
- The pads of the Xl2/HP 4 disks can also be used or Fabbri 4s carbon disks
- 6 springs - 30Ps - 26nm
- 8 springs - 39hp - 32mm
- 8+4 springs - 45hp - 36nm (extra)
- 8+8 springs - 50hp - 40nm (Extra)
The additional inner springs, marked as extra, must be purchased separately.
The number of springs can be reduced by the 5 washers, resulting in an extremely easy to pull clutch. In conjunction with an Xl2 cover, the clutch is pulled with one finger. With 6 springs with the little finger.
We recommend clutch levers with a small knob at the end, as these have considerably more disengagement travel than those with a large knob, so that the clutch disengages cleanly without much pre-tension.
Attention: The nut of the auxiliary shaft with washer must not be higher than 7 mm and the thread of the auxiliary shaft should not be higher than the nut.
Furthermore, the housing seal should not be thicker than 0.2mm when using a Piaggio auxiliary shaft, e.g. BGM is too thick. Both can impair the separation behavior of the clutch and adjustments must be made, e.g. spacing the auxiliary shaft.
