The exact length of the stud bolts on the Egig170/180/187 is enormously important, otherwise a perfect tightening of the cap nuts on the cylinder head is not possible.
The length from the cylinder face to the end of the threaded rod must be 130-132mm. The stud bolts must be turned completely to the block.
The cap nuts and spring washers are included in the cylinder kit.
